Updating bios with usb Sex chat cam live 312

but my motherboard supports asus crashfree bios 3 so should i worried of updating it?

does asus crashfree bios 3 really works if you bricked your board?

Though it's not without hazards, the process is fairly easy. Copy the updated BIOS file to floppy disk or USB drive. When the DOS prompt appears, type the following: afudos /i[name of BIOS file]For example, "p4c800b.rom" might be the name of the new BIOS file.

Enter the BIOS Menu and load "Setup Default."Reboot. If it isn't installed already, install the ASUS Update utility.

You can either download it or use the copy on your motherboard's support CD. Select "Update BIOS" from the "Internet option" drop-down menu.

Since I had 2 USB 3.0 Ports, I plugged it in to the other one it it worked after plugging in and out several times..

Now there was a sec power surge and the same thing is happening again on the 2nd port!

hi guys, im planning to update my bios because i get some crashes once every 2-3 days like that then i go to the main asus website and checked my board and i saw that they have update for bios which includes system stability, my board is ASUS H110M-D can someone teach me how to update?

like should i rename the bios file or the usb needs fat32 like that, btw i live in philippine its kinda rainy here and power sucks so im scared of updating it.And the usb 3.0 ports are fine because my mouse and keyboard work on those ports.. As you are facing some HDD related issues, I would advise you to back up the most important data stored on the drive.Apart from that, I would have said that this was drive related issue, if there were no two power surges and the USB 3.0 ports stopped working one at a time.As the title says, My WD 1TB External HDD is not working on USB 3 port, I mean the light is on I can feel it vibrate, But it isn't getting detected..It was working fine a few days ago, Until there was a power surge and this problem started..About the drive, I would say that you can test it with WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool.
